Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Buda Sports Academy website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Membership Terms

All memberships are monthly recurring subscriptions unless otherwise specified. Founding memberships are locked in at $199/month for 12 months from the date of signup. After the 12-month period, members may select a new membership tier at current rates.

Members may cancel their membership at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings and one-time payments are processed through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your payment method. Refunds for cancelled bookings will be issued according to our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Members may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. Monthly membership cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Conduct

Members agree to use the facility and services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Members agree not to:

• Use the facility for any illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other members or staff
• Damage facility equipment or property
• Disrupt the normal operations of the facility

6. Liability Waiver

Participation in training activities involves inherent risks of physical injury. By using our services, members acknowledge and assume these risks and agree to release Buda Sports Academy from any liability for injuries sustained during training.

7. Changes to Terms

Buda Sports Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
